Octoberfest at Buttonwillow

Sat-Sun - Sept 11-12 :  Octoberfest @ Buttonwillow Raceway - The Annual Octoberfset Races will feature the cars of Germany and presented by Carson Trailer.  This event will include a special feature race for all German production cars. Additionally an all Formula Vee Feature Race will run as part of the Formula Vee celebration by Victory Lane Magazine.  The Pacific F2000 group will also be part of this special event. The track configuration will be clockwise using the old turn 2, the back straight instead of the "bus stop" and the Mazda hairpin corner instead of the sweeper. Tickets for the Octoberfest party on Sat nite with food, drink and music will be availiable for $15 /person. Go to www.buttonwillowraceway.com for info and a track map and visit www.vararacing.com.

2010 Belmont Shore Car Show

Sunday - Sept 12 - 9AM - 3 PM :  This is the 21st Annual Show put on by the bay City Rodders Car Club and is open to all pre 1975 vehicles.  Prre-registratio @ $25 ( 9/1 deadline)...$30 day of show. United Artists Theatre Car Show - La Canada

Saturday - Sept 18 - 7-9AM : This recurring event stages every Saturday with Sports Cars, Classics, Muscles & Antiques.  We have designated the third Sat of the month to feature our Healsys.  Other Brits will join us as well.  Try to arrive early to get a good parking spot and to park as a group.  Contact AHA member Peter Roses for more information. Tech Session at Monise Motors - CLUB EVENT

Saturday - Sept 18- 10AM-2PM : After CHW, Frank Monise and his family should be well known to the Club. Monise Motors is conducting a tech session on wheel bearings at their new shop at 9075 Vernon, Montclair.  Following the tech session, we will have lunch at the Bulldog Pub 1667 N. Mountain Ave, Upland (909) 946-6614.  If you will not be attending the tech session but want to met us for lunch, take the 210 Fwy, exit Mountain Ave.in Upland and go south to 16th Street, make a right turn on 16th and enter the shopping center.  From the 10, exit Mountain Avenue (Upland) exit and go north to 16th Street. Make a left turn and then an immediate right into the shopping center.
